This event is not only for colleagues working across The Mercian Trust, but for anyone in the West Midlands area, especially the Black Country. It is open to teaching and associate staff and you are invited to join us to:

3:45 - 4:15pm Arrival and light afternoon meal

Takeaway boxes available so you can take some away for later.

4:15 - 5:30pm LeadMeet - listening to others' stories of inclusion and inspiration

For the Letters of Application clinic, some of the Trust's senior leaders will be available to spend time with you and your letter of application to help support you in your next step.
