Dr Deb Outhwaite

Dr Deb Outhwaite has been teaching for 30 years, she has held a range of leadership roles including being the executive director of a large teaching school.

She is an academic, and works in the space between schools and universities, linking (usually female!) leaders up to research in the field of educational leadership.
