Keziah Featherstone

Keziah is currently an Executive Leader for The Mercian Trust, an extremely diverse trust that serves the Black Country. She is a former Executive Headteacher and teacher of English and Film.

Keziah is co-founder, Chair and Treasurer of #WomenEd, as well as being co-chair of the Headteachers’ Roundtable and a member of the DfE's Expert Steering Group for NPQs.

As well as writing articles for Tes and Schools Week, Keziah has co-edited the WomenEd books 10% Braver and Being 10% Braver. Her first solo book Punk Leadership, was published in 2024.
