Susan Bradbeer

Susan is a transformational educator, researcher, and change maker.

Her PhD  focused on how women become leaders in rural schools and her research interests focus on leadership, gender, race, context and creative arts methodologies.

Susan currently works in the Faculty of Education at the University of Melbourne and provides leadership coaching and consulting in the education and non profit sector.

She has worked as a Secondary English and Literature teacher, and most recently held the role of Deputy Principal in an Independent school.
