Join the #WomenEd DE community to unpack Difficult Conversations by exploring the Power of Communication. How can awareness of how women are perceived in the workplace shift our communication approaches? Are women difficult or conversations difficult due to our perceptions?

This FREE event is open to women-identifying and non-binary educators, #heforshe allies, and friends. This means YOU!

Angeline Aow - author of Becoming a Totally Inclusive School: A Guide for Teachers and School Leaders & #WomenEd DE country and regional network leader will share a quick overview of WomenEd's objectives and big ideas around this topic. A variety of voices will support us in exploring these evening goals:

• Consider common perceptions of ‘difficult women’ and social communication expectations
• Learn about research about perceptions about women and conversation styles
• Explore how knowing yourself supports and prepares you for difficult conversations
