Liz McCulloch
Liz (MEd, PGCE, BA Hons) is the Head of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (Whole School) and Learning Support Teacher (Primary) at Jerudong International School in Brunei.
With over 23 years of experience in education across both the UK and Asia, Liz is deeply committed to fostering equity and inclusion through advocacy and allyship.
She enjoys mentoring and coaching to support and empower other women.
Catherine Turner-Nolan
I’m a Geography teacher from Scotland with a passion for exploring the world through education.
I’ve had the privilege of teaching Geography in Ethiopia, China, Kuwait, and Brunei.
Before qualifying as a teacher, I spent five years teaching ESL while traveling around Asia and Australia, which gave me a deep appreciation for diverse cultures and learning environments.
I’m committed to helping students understand the world around them, both physically and culturally, and inspire curiosity about the global community.
Ruth Smith
Ruth is the Year 2 Lead at Jerudong International School with over 23 years of teaching experience.
Previously an Assistant Head in the UK, she’s also been a moderator, consultant, pre-school manager, lecturer, ECT mentor and quality and assurance tutor.
She is the author of four education books. Ruth is passionate about supporting others and refining her own practice.
