Nicola has been an education professional for 30 years, including 15 years in secondary education and 15 years in primary education.

For the past 16 years, she has held leadership roles including Director of Sixth Form, Headteacher and CEO/Executive Director of a group of schools.

She is currently the Primary Principal of Garden International School.

Nicola lives in Malaysia with her husband, Paul. Her 26 year old son, Michael lives in the UK.
