I have 20 years of teaching experience working in London and the Middle East as a Class teacher, Education officer, Middle Leader and DEI Lead.  Currently working at British School Muscat, I lead the DEI work across the whole school. I am passionate about learning and developing both teachers and students through creating a supporting environment where everyone can flourish and grow.

Creative and passionate early childhood teacher. I have a keen interest in holistic approaches to education, health and nutrition and am dedicated to decolonising the psyche and empowering young learners.

I've worked in the Education sector in the UAE for more than 12 years and am committed to supporting other women in the industry to achieve their goals and further quality education provision.

Currently Business Manager at BSME, the not for profit association supporting British schools, their staff, students and wider communities across the Middle East, I have previously been Head of Global Research for ISC Research and an Education placement consultant.
