Esther Mustamu-Daniels brings over 20 years of experience in education, as a teacher, school leader, and DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) lead across both London and the Middle East.

She is currently based at the British School Muscat, where she leads the DEI initiatives across the entire school, advocating for inclusive environments that support both teachers and students effectively; passionate about supporting others and amplifying voices. 

Nalini is COO at British Schools in the Middle East (BSME) and has worked in a variety of roles with global international schools since 2012.

She hosts regular WomenEd networking and expertise events both online and in Dubai.

Dr. h.c. Faiza Mubeen is Director of Inclusion at Beech Hall School Riyadh, a founding leader championing inclusive education, wellbeing, and systems that enable every learner to thrive.

I am an Inclusion Educator and qualified SENCo with experience across the UK and Qatar.

Advocate for women in education, empowerment, and breaking barriers, working towards specialising in dyslexia assessment and a WAGOLL enthusiast!

I am a passionate educator with leadership experience and I have worked in schools in the UK, Germany and Qatar.

Currently, I am based in Qatar with my family and looking forward to  connecting with like-minded educators in the region.

Through my role as a WomenEd Network Leader, I will endeavour to amplify women's voices in education, foster meaningful professional connections, and inspire the next generation of leaders. 

Julia Knight is an experienced international school Principal, global education writer, and dedicated teacher trainer based in Bahrain, passionately championing impactful CPD and empowering women leaders in Middle East education.
