Claire is currently Deputy Head Academic at Tanglin Trust School, Singapore.

With 26 years of experience in the education world, as teacher, middle leader, consultant and senior leader, Claire is committed to removing barriers and supporting colleagues to thrive in schools.

She is delighted to be a part of #WomenEd Singapore and to be able to work alongside women from schools across the island.

As a dedicated WomenEd Network Lead and experienced educational leader, I am passionate about empowering women in education through collaborative advocacy, professional development, and strategic leadership to challenge biases and drive systemic change.

International visual arts and TOK educator, cognitive and instructional coach, blending systems and concept-based thinking with creativity and AI to design inclusive learning and empower teachers and students through inquiry-driven practice.

Rachel is in her third headship in South East Asia spanning a career of over 28 years in international education and leadership.

With the core purpose of every leader to develop others, she particularly enjoys connecting, supporting and encouraging women to achieve their goals through her support of WomenED.
