It is an absolute honour for me to be a network leader for WomenEd England and also regional lead for WomenEd North West England and supporting teachers and leaders in various stages of their educational careers.
 
I am an experienced teacher and leader in a UK Secondary school and lead on the schools Business Studies, PHSE/RSE, Careers/CEIAG and Vocational and BTEC courses.
 
I hold a PhD in Educational Leadership and also support women leaders as a coach and mentor. I am passionate about diversity and equality and supporting women in moving on to the next steps in their educational careers.

I am an experienced leader living in the South West. I am interested in leadership development, school improvement, coaching, teaching & learning, as well as EDI and safeguarding. As well as leading within #WomenEd I am a co-founder of @DisabilityEdUK. Love is always the answer whatever the question.

Interim Chief Executive of 10 inner London Schools and the Executive Headteacher of two schools. Christalla combines extensive system leadership and school improvement experience with a passion for transforming the lives of our young people. She is leading a growing family of schools with a shared vision and who support one another to deliver excellence in education for all pupils.
